摘要:
改革开放的成功实践为全面深化改革提供了重要经验,我们必须长期坚持。始终坚持改革开放的正确方向,坚持党的领导,贯彻党的基本路线,坚定走中国特色社会主义道路,既不走封闭僵化的老路,也不走改旗易帜的邪路。始终坚持推进改革开放,改革开放是决定中国命运的关键抉择,是一场伟大革命,是当代中国发展进步的强大动力和活力之源。始终坚持解放思想,不断开拓创新,坚持实践是检验真理唯一标准,坚持解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,不断推进理论和实践创新。始终坚持解放和发展生产力,切实根据生产力发展的需要变革生产关系和上层建筑,坚定不移以经济建设为中心。始终坚持以人为本,以增进人民福祉为出发点和落脚点推进改革开放,努力实现社会公平正义,充分尊重人民主体地位,积极促进人的全面发展。始终坚持正确处理改革开放中的各种关系,正确处理改革发展稳定的关系、经济体制改革和政治体制改革的关系、深化改革和扩大对外开放的关系。
Abstract:
The successful practice of reform and opening-up has provided important experiences for deepening the reform comprehensively,we must stick to reform and opening-up for a long time.We should always adhere to the right direction of reform and opening-up and the party's leadership,carry out the party's basic line,and resolutely take the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics.We take neither the closed rigid old road,nor the evil road of changing the flag.We should always insist on promoting reform and opening-up.Reform and opening-up is a key choice to determine China's destiny,is a great revolution,and is a strong driving force and the source of vitality of the development and progress of contemporary China.We should always insist on emancipating the mind,constantly blaze new trails,maintain that practice is the sole criterion for testing truth,persist in the ideological line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts,and continuously promote the innovation in theory and in practice.We should always uphold the emancipation and development of productive forces,change production relations and super-structure in accordance with the needs of the development of productive forces,and unswervingly take the economic construction as the center.We should always adhere to the people-oriented,improving people's wellbeing as the starting point and the foothold to promote reform and opening up,pull off efforts to achieve social equity and justice,fully respect the principal position of the people,and actively promote the all-round development of human beings.We should always insist on correctly handling the various relations in the reform and opening-up,correctly handling the relationship between reform,development and stability,the relationship between economic system reform and political system reform,and the relationship between deepening reform and expanding opening to the outside world.
