摘要:
十九大报告提出的“双一流”战略为高等教育发展指明了方向。在“双一流”建设进程中,一流本科教育是高校“双一流”建设的核心内容,一流的师资是一流本科教育的重要保障。建设一流本科教育师资队伍应该坚持立德树人,加强师德师风建设,创新人才机制,优化师资结构,加大教师教育投入,完善教育教学保障体系,健全教师管理制度,改革教师评价机制,进一步开发教师人力资源,提高教师创新创业教育能力,推进创新创业教育。
Abstract:
In the Report of the 19th Session of Congress of the Communist Party of China,“double first-class construction” strategy was initiated as the direction of higher education.The first-class undergraduate education is on the top priority in the process of “double first-class construction”,and the first-class teaching staff construction is the important guarantee.In the course of first-class teaching staff construction,we should adhere to the principle of moral education in talent cultivation,focus on the morality construction of the faculty,innovate the talent work mechanism,optimize the structure of teaching staff,increase investment in teacher education,perfect the support system of teaching,improve the management of teachers,reform the evaluation system of teaching staff,develop human resources of teaching staff,enhance teachers' innovation ability,and foster innovation entrepreneurship education.
