摘要:
互联网+时代,国内初创企业既面临着重大的市场机遇,同时也需要应对巨大的挑战。国家高度重视互联网在推动经济社会发展中的作用,在政策红利下,初创企业在教育、医疗、母婴、农业等细分市场能够发现大量的机会。互联网企业有着边际成本低、关注活跃用户数、行业地位变换极快等有别于传统企业的特征,需要把握好高频、用户痛点、标准化等成功的关键要素。中国的互联网在技术、产业、人才等方面都已经处于世界领先地位,在这样的环境下创业,有着巨大的优势。同时,互联网初创企业在人才、资金、技术、产品、商业模式、推广等方面也面临着巨大的困难,需要采取积极和创造性的措施加以应对,才能最终获得创业的成功。
Abstract:
In the Internet era,the domestic start-up enterprises are faced with both major market opportunities and huge challenges.China attaches great importance to the role of Internet to promote economic and social development.Impelled by the policy of dividend,start-up enterprises can find plenty of opportunities in such markets as education,health care,mother and infant,agriculture,etc.Internet enterprises have such characteristics as the low marginal cost,the attention to active users,extremely fast change of industry status,etc.,which are different from traditional enterprises,and they need to grasp key elements of success,such as the high frequency,user pain point,standardization,etc.China's Internet has been in the world's leading position in technology,industry,talent and other aspects.It has a huge advantage to start a business in such an environment.At the same time,Internet start-up enterprises are also facing great difficulties,in talent,capital,technology,products,business models,promotion and other aspects,and a positive and creative countermeasure is needed to deal with.Only in this way can we succeed in entrepreneurship.
