摘要:
中国共产党成立百年来,随着革命形势发展、社会样态变迁以及现代国家构建,中国政党制度经历不断的变化、调整与完善。政党政治取代皇权、军权政治是历史的必然; 合作型政党政治取代竞争型、垄断型政党政治同样是历史的必然; 在政党合作基本框架下,唯有选择中国共产党领导的多党合作,走上社会主义政党政治道路,并建立起与之相适应的新型政党制度,才有挽救民族危亡、获得民族独立与人民解放,进而实现中华民族伟大复兴的最大可能。百年来中国政党制度嬗变演进的最根本经验与启示是必须切实坚持好、完善好中国新型政党制度。中国共产党作为中国政党制度百年嬗变和中国新型政党制度生成发展的决定性力量,决定了中国新型政党制度行稳致远、不断完善发展的根本在于中国共产党的坚强领导。
Abstract:
Since the founding of the Communist Party of China 100 years ago,with the development of the revolutionary situation,social changes and the construction of a modern country,China’s political party system has experienced constant changes,adjustments and improvements.It is the historical inevitability that party politics replaces imperial power and military power politics.It is also inevitable that the cooperative political party politics will replace the competitive and monopoly political party politics.Under the basic framework of party cooperation,only by choosing multi-party cooperation under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,taking the road of socialist party politics,and establishing a new party system corresponding to it,can we save the nation from danger,obtain national independence and people’s liberation,and then realize the greatest possibility of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,the most fundamental experience and enlightenment of the evolution of China’s political party system in the past one hundred years is that we must earnestly adhere to and perfect the new Chinese political party system.As a decisive force in the 100 years evolution of China’s political party system and the generation and development of China’s new political party system,the CPC determines that the key to the steady and long-term development and continuous improvement of China’s new political party system lies in the strong leadership of the CPC.
