摘要:

一般认为重农抑商是中国历史的传统,但重农思想却是在西汉方逐渐成熟。关于汉代农业政策的研究成果很多,但影响汉代农业政策的思想背景,则尚乏系统的讨论。西汉前期的重农思想由若干层面所构成,这些思想观念主要来自战国时期的齐地之学,而决定取舍的主要现实原因是秦汉之际的政治格局、新政权对发展农业的需要以及新政权主要统治人物的学术意趣。

Abstract:

It was generally believed that the ideas of physiocratism and anti-mercantilism were traditional Chinese thought,but the idea of physiocratism did not form until the Western Han.The scholars have studied a lot on the Han Dynasty's agricultural policies,but a systematic discussion for the ideological background affecting the agricultural policies of the Han Dynasty is not enough.The ideas of physiocratism in the early Western Han were made up of a number of levels,the ideas mainly came from the Qi state of the Warring States Period,the main reason for the determing was the political pattern in the Qin and Han Dynasty,the needs of the new regime for the development of agriculture,and the academic interest of the new regime's main ruling figures.
