摘要:: 大学战略能否实现,关键在于大学组织执行力,即大学组织贯彻战略意图、完成预定目标的能力。它包括大学战略的顶层设计能力,完成战略目标的任务分解,项目建设和组织管理能力,保障战略实施绩效的激励约束和评估监控能力,规范战略运行的制度创新和培育组织执行力文化等能力。

Abstract:: The key of the realization of the university strategy is the organizing and executing abilities of the university,namely,the ability to organize and implement the strategic intent and the ability to accomplish the intended target,including the abilities of top design,the task decomposition,the project construction and management,the incentive constraints and evaluation monitoring,the system innovation,cultivating organizations,and executive culture.
