摘要:
中国共产党领导社会建设的历史在根据地时期就开始了。作为密切党群、干群与军民关系的重要抓手,党秉承早期在农村和农民问题上的正确认识,在理论基础、群众意愿、党的认识能力和领导水平逐步成熟的基础上,领导根据地军民适应时局特点,在经济基础、教育卫生、反腐倡廉、民主政治以及减轻民负等方面开展了行之有效的建设,取得了丰硕成果,其重要影响和宝贵经验,在今天仍有借鉴和指导意义。
Abstract:
The history of social construction under the leadership of the Communist Party of China began during the period of Base Areas.As an important breakthrough to build closer relationships between the Party and the masses,cadres and the masses,the army and the people,in the social construction of Base Area,the CPC inherited the early correct understanding of the rural areas and farmers.Based on the maturity of theoretical basis,the will of the masses,the cognitive ability and leadership level,the Party led the army and the people to adapt to the situation at that time,and carried out an effective building in economic infrastructure,education,health,anti-corruption,democratic politics,reducing the people's burdens,and achieved fruitful results.The important influence and valuable experiences have still a referential and guiding significance up to now.
