摘要:
农业产业化已经成为我国发展现代农业,壮大农村经济的必由之路,而农业产业化发展需要得到农村金融的支持。加大农村金融对农业产业化的支持力度,对促进农业产业化和农村经济发展起着重要作用。本文以赣南脐橙产业化发展为例,从农村金融在促进赣南脐橙产业化发展的现状与成效出发,对农村金融与产业化发展的缺位进行了深入剖析,并在此基础上提出健全农村金融组织和服务体系、完善农业信贷机制、加大信贷支持力度、建立农村资金互助社和发展农业风险保障补偿机制等对策建议。
Abstract:
Agricultural industrialization has become the only way to develop the modern agriculture and strengthen the rural economy in China,and the development of agricultural industrialization needs the support of rural finance.Strengthening the rural financial support for agricultural industrialization will play an important role in promoting the industrialization of agriculture and the rural economic development.From the perspective of the status quo and effectiveness of the rural finance in promoting the industrialization development of Gannan Navel Orange,the paper analyzes the dislocation of the rural financial and industrialization development in-depth based on the example of Gannan Navel Orange industry development,and on this basis puts forward a series of feasible countermeasures,such as improving the rural financial organization and service system,perfecting the mechanism of agricultural credit,increasing credit support,establishing the rural mutual cooperatives,developing the agricultural insurance compensation mechanism,etc.
