摘要:
一切社会矛盾或社会秩序问题根源都在于利益矛盾。从我国的现实情况来看,由利益关系分化所引发的社会矛盾主要有:不同阶层间矛盾、利益表达失衡引发的矛盾、干群矛盾、劳资矛盾、涉农矛盾等。因此,要从源头上治理社会矛盾就必须协调好利益关系,并且做到:一是畅通利益表达机制;二是完善利益协调机制;三是完善社会保障机制;四是建立和完善与司法互补的矛盾多元调处机制。
Abstract:
The root of all social contradictions and social order lies in the conflict of interest. From the actual situation of our country,social contradictions caused by the interest differentiation are as follows:the contradictions between different classes,the contradictions caused by interest expression imbalance,the contradictions between cadres and masses,the contradictions between labor and cap-ital,agriculture - related contradictions,etc. Accordingly,to coordinate interest relations to govern the society from the source,we must do the followings:to unblock the interest - expression mechanism, complete the interest - coordination mechanism,consummate social security mechanisms,and estab-lish and complete the contradiction multi - mediating mechanism,which are complementary with the judicature.
