摘要:
"为了学生好"是教师专业意识的初始状态,其情绪基础是"担心"。"担心"中蕴藏着中国传统文化中绵延数千年的"忧患"意识。"忧患"是教师专业意识的起源。通过探寻"忧患"的根源、内涵和本质,从中发现教师专业意识是何以萌发,具有怎样的层次,又是如何表现的。"忧患"意识对教师专业发展的启示在于:防患于未然中的边界意识;向内反省中的适度意识;追求无尽中的解放意识。
Abstract:
“For students’benefits”is the initial state of teachers’professional consciousness,and the emotional basis of this state is“worrying”. It is the sense of urgency contained in Chinese tradi-tional culture.“Worrying”is the origin of teachers’professional consciousness. By exploring the ori-gin,the connotation and the essence of the sense of urgency,we can find the reason why the teach-ers’professional consciousness germinates,its level,and how it performs. The enlightening influence of the sense of urgency on teachers’professional development lines in:the boundary consciousness in nipping in the bud;the moderate consciousness in inward reflection;the liberation consciousness in the endless pursuit.
