摘要:
有关乡村治理的学术研究和政策研究,著述颇丰。但问题是,过于宏大、抽象的宏观理论分析与专注于个别经验的微观研究,以及各种建言献策,似乎不能对乡村治理的经验事实带来多大解释力,也就是说,一方面,学术研究进展不大; 另一方面,学术研究与政策研究没有连接,与乡村社会变革之间没有发生某种影响关联。因此,搞清楚乡村治理的现状是什么,从乡村治理的基本事实经验出发,进行理论和实践的思考,并以此推动乡村治理的现代转型,乃是理论研究的实验性与社会变革的实践性的统一。
Abstract:
About the studies of rural governance,there are different sorts of interpretations.There are many researches on the policies of rural governance reform,however,too great and abstract macroscopic theoretical analysis and the microcosmic research focusing on the individual experience,as well as a variety of valuable advice,seem not to be able to explain much of the facts of the rural governance.In other words,on the one hand,there are few progresses of academic researches of domestic and abroad; on the other hand,the academic researches are not connected with the policy research,and there is no cause and effect relationship between the academic research and the rural social change.Accordingly,the urgent problem is to make clear the current situation of rural governance.We should think the theory and practice of rural governance from the basic facts of it,and promote the modern transformation of rural governance,which is the unity of experiment of theoretical study and practice of social reform.
