摘要:
苏联的政治笑话是了解苏联政治、了解社情民意的一个窗口。它大致有政治体系类政治笑话、政治过程类政治笑话、政治人物类政治笑话等三大类型。苏联政治笑话的功能,就国家政权层面而言,它具有十分鲜明的警示作用,因而具有建设性的功能,并发挥着政治安全阀的作用。就民众层面而言,它发挥着化解民众作为政治人不能有实质政治参与和政治意见表达的政治心理危机,消解政治压力和政治上的不满情绪,从而实现政治笑话的心理上的自我解压和自我满足的功能。令人遗憾的是,苏联政权对于政治笑话的非理性压制,使得自身失去了获取民情、汲取民意的来源,使己在民情、民意面前变得迟钝、麻木和僵化,并最终落得个败亡的结局。
Abstract:
To analyze the political jokes is an effective way to analyze Soviet Union's political condition,as well as its society and citizens.There are mainly three types of political jokes,which involve the political system,the political process and the political figures.These political jokes have their particular functions.In terms of the state power,political jokes are obvious cautions,thus they had remarkable constructive functions.In terms of the public,the political jokes to some extent dissolve the political psychological crisis that the public can not actually participate in politics and express their own political opinions,dispel the political pressure and political discontent,so as to realize the function of psychological self-decompression and self-satisfaction of political jokes.Unfortunately,the irrational suppress of the Soviet regime on political jokes makes it lose access to the public will,and gradually it becomes dull,numbness,and rigid in front of the community and public opinion,eventually it ends up as a political failure.
