摘要:
基于道德治理在国家治理中的作用,其对社会关系的调节,可以通过推动社会秩序形成、促进社会力量整合和导向社会思想统一等三个视角来认识。就第一方面而言,道德治理是将社会关系的矛盾、冲突乃至对立转化为秩序、完善与和谐的过程; 就第二方面而言,道德治理促使社会关系汇聚成一个有机系统,从而激发社会的整体性力量,实现社会系统功能的最优整合; 就第三方面而言,道德治理承担着引领社会主流思想,在价值取向多元的背景下保持价值导向一元的功能。
Abstract:
Based on the role of the moral governance in the governance of the country,the regulation of social relations can be realized by promoting the formation of the social order,promoting the integration of social forces,and guiding the social ideology.Firstly,the moral governance is the process of changing social contradictions,conflicts and confrontation into order,perfection and harmony; secondly,the moral governance promotes the social relations to be an organic system,inspiring social integrity strength,and realizing the optimal integration of social system function; thirdly,the moral governance plays a role of leading the social mainstream,and keeping the same values orientation under the background of diversity in values orientation.
