摘要:
高校辅导员是青年大学生成长成才的人生导师和知心朋友,是思想政治工作中无可替代的重要角色。辅导员职业能力水平决定着育人工作质量。职业能力大赛是全国辅导员职业形象、职业能力集中展示的重要平台,大赛的宗旨在于“以赛代训、以赛代练、以赛促学、以赛促研”。文章从辅导员职业能力大赛的视角,通过对比赛中六大环节的梳理和剖析,分析了辅导员职业能力现状,探索辅导员职业能力提升的路径。
Abstract:
The counselors in colleges and universities are intimate friends and life mentors of the development of young undergraduates.They play an irreplaceable role in the ideological and political education.Cultivating the quality of them depends deeply on the vocational ability promotion of university counselors.The vocational ability competition is a significant platform for nationwide university counselors to display the professional images and vocational abilities.The purpose of the competition is to race instead of training,to match instead of practice,to compete to promote learning and research.From the perspective of counselors’ vocational ability competition,this article combs and discusses the six links in the competition,analyzes the current situations of counselors’ vocational ability,and explores the approaches to promote vocational abilities of university counselors.
