摘要:
行动者网络理论以“行动者”、“网络”和“异质性联结”为核心要素,旨在打破自然和社会、宏观与微观、人与非人行为体之间的二元对立。这种研究社会科学的新方法,以非还原论为基本立场,强调社会联结的实践过程和创造联结的行动网络。高校传统的学生管理工作依赖单向地灌输模式,而该理论则主张研究者应当避免使用各种预先制造的概念框架,跟随参与学生管理工作的各种行动者之间可能发生的互动关系,破除管理者与被管理者的两极对立,具体而非抽象地分析某种富有活力的管理网络得以在高校学生工作中建立起来的步骤或过程。该方法的运用有助于我们更
Abstract:
Taking “actors”,“networks” and “heterogeneous connections” as the core elements,the actor-network theory aims at breaking binary opposition between nature and society,the macroscopic and the microscopic,human and nonhuman behavior,this new way of studying social science,taking the theory of non-reductionism as the basic standpoint,emphasizes the practical process of social connection,and creates the action network of connection.Colleges and universities rely on one-way indoctrination mode in the traditional student management work,but the theory argues that researchers should avoid using a variety of predefined conceptual frameworks,should follow and participate in the interactive relationships which may occur among the various actors in the student management work,break the bipolar among the managers,and analyzes specifically steps or procedures which the dynamic management network can be established in the management work of college students.The application of this method will help us to understand more profoundly the diversity,complexity and practicality of the student management work.It is helpful to describe and analyze the complex dynamic relationships among schools,teachers and students,enhance the autonomy of students in self-management,and improve their right of speech and participation level in management affairs.
