方东树的《昭昧詹言》,给予汉代古诗很高的评价。他的评点,虽然有时流露理学气味而显得迂腐,但其评论的重点在于艺术技巧,颇有卓见。他尤其重视“文法”。其核心在于诗意如何进展、语势如何变化。方氏认为文法之妙,在于“恣肆变化,忽来忽止”,不平直,不板滞,而且自然天成,如天衣无缝。它不是固定死板的套路,难以作抽象的解说,必须结合具体作品加以指点。方东树的评点,有助于我们欣赏古诗,也可供今天的诗歌创作作为借鉴。
Abstract:
FANG Dongshu's Zhao Mei Zhan Yan gave the ancient poetry of the Han Dynasty a high opinion.His comments,though sometimes seemed pedantic when he revealed the means with the Confucian school of idealist philosophy of the Song and Ming Dynasties,focused on artistic skills and were quite insightful.He attached great importance to style or manner of writing.Its core lied in how the poetry developed and how the language changed.FANG believed that the beauty of grammar lied in “arbitrary changing,suddenly coming,suddenly stopping”,uneven,not rigid,and natural,It's like seamless.It is not a fixed and rigid routine,and it is difficult to make abstract interpretation.It must combine the concrete work to try to give directions.FANG Dongshu's comments are helpful for us to appreciate the ancient poems,and can also be used as a reference for today's poetry creation.
