摘要:
论文运用词频分析建构包容性增长的概念框架,提出包容性增长在经济发展上体现为可持续增长,在社会发展上体现为公平正义,在人的发展上体现为素质与能力的提升,并进一步指出选择包容性增长模式是中国经济社会发展的客观诉求。论文在分析优质公共服务特征的基础上,阐明必须提高政府公共服务能力,以优质公共服务促进包容性增长。
Abstract:
This article uses the word frequency analysis method to construct the conceptual framework of inclusive growth,puts forward that inclusive growth expresses sustainable growth in economic development,reflects fairness and justice in social development,embodies qualities and capabilities enhancement in human development,and furtherly illustrates that choosing inclusive growth pattern is an objective demand of China＇s economic and social development.This article clarifies the necessities of improving government＇s public service capacity and promoting inclusive growth by providing high quality public services on the basis of analysing the characteristics of high quality public services.
