摘要:
公民教育属于人权的范畴,并与人权概念一样,其内容也与时俱进地发生变化。从自由权、社会权、发展权的演进中,可以看到公民教育在人权中的方向。同样,宪法也给予了公民教育的肯定地位。公民教育在社会发展中的重要地位足以使其在构建公民社会起到关键作用。
Abstract:
The civic education belongs to the category of human rights, and its changes keep pace with the times. The right of freedom, social rights and right of development reveal the direction of human rights. Similarly, the constitution has also confirmed the status of the civic. To highlight the im- portance of the civic education in the social development plays a key role in the building of a civic society.
