摘要:

抚州基础教育在全国"独树一帜",被誉为"抚州现象"。抚州发展基础教育的主要做法及对升学教育与素质教育、优质教育与均衡教育、集中教育与分散教育、普通教育与职业教育等关系的正确处理,对全省基础教育有重要的启示意义。必须根据人民群众快速提升的教育需求、城镇化快速发展趋势,合理配置城乡基础教育资源,健全基础教育经费持续长效保障机制,加强农村中小学教师队伍建设,进一步改善农村基础教育办学条件,推进基础教育综合改革实验,妥善解决基础教育中群众和社会关心关注的一些问题。

Abstract:

Fuzhou's basic education has a style of its own in China,and is honoured as “Fuzhou Phenomenon”.The practice of Fuzhou and its proper handling of some relationships has the important enlightenment significance for the basic education of Jiangxi,such as between enrollment education and quality-oriented education,high quality education and balanced education,centralized education and distributed education,general education and vocational education,and etc.We should meet the needs of people for fast promotion in education,allocate urban and rural basic education resources reasonably based on the trends of rapid development of urbanization,perfect the long-effective safeguard mechanism of funds for the basic education,strengthen the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers,further improve operating conditions of rural basic education,promote comprehensive reform experiments of the basic education,and solves properly some problems in the basic education which mass and society pay attention to.
