摘要:
中国当代的道德治理主要不是政治价值层面的选择和历史经验层面的结论,它是化解上下分治的治理结构的"合法性难题"的现实路径,也是为缓释国家与底层社会之间冲突而重建的"互惠原则"的实际体现,从而是一种结构性趋势。与国家治理难题交织在一起,道德治理对政治发展同时具有正面作用和负面影响。
Abstract:
The moral governance in contemporary China mainly isn't the choice of the political value level and the conclusion of the historical experience level,instead of the realistic path of defusing “legitimacy issues” in the upper and the lower government hierarchical management system.It is also an actual embodiment of “reciprocal benefit principle” rebuilt for law release of the conflict between the state and the underlying society.Accordingly,it is a structural trend.Because it is intertwined with governance issues,which makes the moral governance have both positive and negative effects on the political development.
