摘要:
在目前国内高校着手进行现代大学制度建设的背景下,如何利用或化解国家政策环境变化带来的机遇或风险,并善于利用其自身的体制和机制优势,以实现自身持续性的发展,可以说是民办高校亟待思考和解决的问题。民办高校因此有必要以建立现代大学制度为契机,在办学理念、发展定位、办学特色、内部治理以及资源获取等方面重新规划和调整,力争走在国家高等教育办学体制机制改革创新的最前面,从而开创出一片属于自己的新天地。
Abstract:
At present,colleges and universities in China start on the construction of modern university system. In this background,how to make use of the opportunities and to dissolve the risks brought a-bout by the environmental changes,and to make good use of one’s own advantages from the system and the mechanism,so as to realize its own sustainable development,are the urgent issues that pri-vate higher learning institutions must think deeply and figure out. And they should take the construc-tion as an opportunity,striving to become the forerunner in theory on college management,develop-ment orientation,college - running characteristics,internal governance and resource access,and crea-ting a new field of their own.
