摘要:
农地流转关乎程序正义问题。当前我国农村土地流转应以程序正义观为指导,倡导土地流转过程的程序理性和程序人道性,设计出体现公平、公开和参与原则的土地流转程序机制,以促进农地流转的有序进行。
Abstract:
The rural land transaction involves the procedural justice.The current rural land transaction in China should be guided by the theory of procedural justice,and requires rationality and humanity of the land transaction process.We should design the land transaction mechanism which reflects fairness,open and principles of participation,so as to promote the orderly farmland transaction.
