摘要:
“马克思与正义”之争旷日持久,这种状况虽与“塔克尔-伍德”争论中的摘章寻句等片面理解有关,但更与马克思对正义问题的表述方式有关。马克思从批判性、实践性和历史性三个维度表达过其正义思想,包括:为无产阶级和劳动人民谋利益的立足点与出发点、消灭私有制代之以公有制的实现路径和不同阶段实行不同分配制度的分配正义原则等内容。把握马克思正义思想的多维性,既有利于澄清人们对马克思正义思想的误解、深化对马克思正义思想的理解,也有利于为我国政府在促进社会公平正义方面提供理论依据和参考建议。
Abstract:
The contention of “Marx and justice” protracted,although this kind of contention has something to do with the one-sided understanding based on a few isolated words in “Wood and Tucker” controversy,it is more related to expression of Marx’s justice issues.Marx expressed his thought of justice from three dimensions:criticalness,practicalness and historical significance,including taking the benefit of proletariat and working people as foothold and starting point,eliminating private ownership which is replaced by the public ownership and as the realization path,implementing the distributive justice principle of different distribution systems at different stages,etc.Grasping the multidimensional nature of Marx’s justice thought can not only clarify the misunderstanding of Marx’s justice thought,deepen the understanding of Marx’s justice thought,but also provide our government theory basis and the reference suggestion in promoting social equity and justice.
