摘要:
科研资源从配给制到竞争获取的课题制激发了高校教师从事科研活动的动能,但新时态下要顺利完成科研任务并促进成果转化靠单打独斗难以实现,仅有一定的人力资本也不足以完成需要不同行业人员共同攻关的课题,教师的社会资本在其间起越来越重要的作用。通过积极培育良好的“三缘”关系、扩大社会网络规模、增强信任与合作、充分利用高校组织社会资本的效能等手段有效增进教师的社会资本,使之在科研过程中与教师的人力资本相得益彰,能更好地促进教师的科研能力发展。
Abstract:
The transformation of scientific research resources from the ration system to the competitive system has motivated the university teachers to do the scientific researches.However,it is difficult to fulfill the research task successfully and to promote the commercialization of research findings by a single person under the new normal.It is also not sufficient to accomplish the project only shared by a certain amount of human capital because the teacher's social capital plays the increasingly important role.The most efficient ways to enhance the teachers' social capital are fostering the effective relationship among family,friends and colleagues,expanding the social network,boosting the mutual trust and cooperation and optimizing the social capital of university organization.The social capital is complementary to the human capital during the scientific research,which will promote the teacher's research advancement.
