摘要:
中国共产党成立百年来,领导中国人民不断探索制定、实施和发展人民宪法的规律,在革命、建设、改革和新时代四个时期先后提出制定“适合人民要求”的“真正的民主宪法”,制定“人民民主的宪法”,我国宪法是“党的主张与人民意志的统一”,我国宪法是“党的主张与人民意志的高度统一”的重大论断,形成了人民宪法观的百年演进过程。中国共产党的人民宪法观揭示了人民宪法的本质论、地位论、目的论、实施论、发展论,体现了中国特色社会主义宪法的优越性,为世界社会主义发展提供了中国智识。
Abstract:
Since its founding one hundred years ago,the Communist Party of China has led the Chinese people to continuously explore the law of formulating,implementing and developing the people's Constitution.In the four periods of revolution,construction,reform and the new era,it has proposed the formulation of a “truly democratic constitution” that “suits the people's demands” and a “people's democratic Constitution”.The Constitution of China is “unity of the Party's claim and the people's will”.The Constitution of China is an important conclusion that the Party's proposition and the people's will are highly unified,and forms a hundred years evolution process of the people's constitutional view.The people's Constitution view of the Communist Party of China reveals the essence,status,teleology,implementation and development of the people's Constitution,embodies the superiority of the socialist constitution with Chinese characteristics,and provides Chinese wisdom for the development of world socialism.
