摘要:
英汉法律语言中存在大量的隐喻现象。在认知隐喻理论指导下探讨英汉法律隐喻句的体现形式及其内在生成机制。由于人类共同的认知模式和思维定势,英汉法律隐喻句的生成机制基本相同,都表现为把抽象的法律事物隐喻为具体的事物,具体机制是拟人化、拟动物化、拟植物化、拟物化和异化。
Abstract:
Thematization is the selected thematic structure in the context and it is marked theme with the adjustment of word order.English thematization is represented in varied linguistic forms.The thematization is a complicated and dynamic process,and it is cognitively motivated and is restrained by the human cognitive laws——optimality.
