摘要:
"社会管理"并非一个独立学科,而是对社会内各个组织、各个人之间的利益和关系的调节,因此,社会管理的研究既需要具体学科提供策略和技巧,也需要伦理学做出普遍性价值指导。社会管理的伦理审视应采取规范论立场,确立建构主义方法、寻求基本社会共识,并在贯彻社会责任中推进。
Abstract:
“Social administration” is not an independent subject,but a systematic adjustment among social organizations and individuals.It is necessary not only to apply various concrete sciences as its useful tactics,but also accept ethics as its principles.Studying on social administration in the view of ethics we should stand from normative ethics,establish constructivist approaches,seek basic social consensus,and implement the social responsibility in the promotion.
