摘要:
高校法制教育低效的宏观原因有:高校法制教育课程定位欠准确,法制教育设计存在缺失与断层,课程内容不足,国家缺乏法制教育的实效缺乏评估,传统政治、法律、文化的消极影响和社会环境的负面影响等几个方面,本文就此提出相应改进对策。
Abstract:
Macro - reasons for legal education inefficiencies in colleges and universities of China are as follows:inaccurate orientation in legal education courses of colleges and universities,deficiency and fault in design,insufficient course contents,lacking of available evaluation system in legal educa-tion,negative effects of traditional politics,law and culture,negative effects of social environment, and so on. And then corresponding improvement countermeasures are put forward.
