摘要:
中国历史文化名镇(村)的评选始于2002年,至今评选了6批共528处。其中江西有33处,就其数量之多及考察评选之用心等方面而论,一直走在国内第一方阵。从各省普查和申报对比看,江西的历史文化名镇(村)资源比较丰富,并逐渐引起各级管理层的重视和民众支持。1990年代前期江西开始发掘古村文化资源,催生了江西第一个国家级历史文化名村流坑村;本世纪以来国家级历史文化名镇(村)的评选历程及江西的国、省两级历史文化名镇(村)分布状况如文所述。由省级财政划拨历史文化名镇(村)保护发展专项经费,已经迫在眉睫,势在必行。
Abstract:
The appraising and electing of China’s Historical and Cultural Towns/ Villages started in 2002,and 6 batches of towns/ villages have been appraised and 528 towns/ villages been conferred this title so far,among which 33 are located in Jiangxi Province. In terms of the quantity of the towns / villages conferred this title and the effort being put into the appraising and electing,Jiangxi is always in the lead. Compared with general surveys and declarations of other provinces,the cultural towns / villages in Jiangxi Province are rich,which has gradually attracted the attention of all levels of management and obtained the support from the local people. System carding of this paper is as fol-lows:the Jiangxi Province began to explore cultural resources extant in the age - old villages in the early 1990s,giving birth to the first batch of national famous historical and cultural villages,including Liukeng village of Jiangxi Province. This article traces the processes of appraising and electing of the national historical and cultural towns/ villages since the 21st century,and presents the distribution of national and provincial level of historical and cultural towns/ villages in Jiangxi. Finally,the author discusses the contemporary significance of this process,and argues that it is emergent and imperative for the provincial financial department to allocate the special funds for protecting and developing the historical and cultural towns/ villages in Jiangxi Province.
