摘要:
为民是陈云对民生问题认识的归宿,务实是陈云考虑民生的出发点。他提出无农不稳、无粮则乱,确保粮食安全战略;确保副食品供应和关心食品安全;坚决治理污染,保护生态,保证可持续发展;重视解决就业、力主计划生育;反对盲目提价,主张采取补救措施,以免影响人民生活;解决民生问题要有轻重缓急。以马克思主义的认识论与方法论指导工作,坚持从全局和长远观点看问题是陈云民生思想的特色。
Abstract:
For the people is the end result of CHEN Yun’s understanding of the issues of the Peo-ple’s Livelihood,and to deal with concrete matters related the people’s livelihood is the starting point CHEN Yun considers the People’s Livelihood. He puts forward the strategies:ensure the food security,for there is no stability without agriculture,and there will be chaos without food;ensure food supply and care about food security;resolutely govern pollution and protect the ecology,so as to en-sure sustainable development;pay attention to solving the employment,and advocate family planning;oppose to raising the price blindly and take remedial measures,so as not to affect people’s lives;solve the issues of the people’s livelihood according to order of priority. Guiding the work with Marx-ist epistemology and methodology,adhering to solving the issues from a global and long - term per-spective are the characteristics of CHEN Yun’s thinking on the People’s Livelihood.
