摘要:
吴昆吾是我国近代著名的国际法专家和外交活动家,几乎参与了辛亥革命之后所有的外交实践和对策研讨,是民国时期颇有才情和成就的专家型司法官员。在担任江西省高等法院最后一任院长的两年期间,努力消弭司法体制内外各种矛盾,艰难维持全省司法机构的正常运转及其缓慢改良,试图振作日渐颓废的江西司法界。但急剧变化的时局中断了吴昆吾在江西高等法院的历史使命,悄然消失的个人结局也为民国法律人物的命运归属平添了一层神秘色彩。
Abstract:
WU Kunwu was a well-known international law expert and diplomatic activist in modern China.As a talented and successful judicial official and expert in the period of the Republic of China,he had participated in almost all the diplomatic practices and countermeasures research since the revolution of 1911.During those two years when he served as the last president of the high court of Jiangxi Province before liberation,he made every endeavor to eliminate various contradictions inside and outside the judicial system,maintained the regular operation of the judicial bodies and implement slow judicial improvement with great difficulty,and tried to inspire the increasingly decadent judicial circle of Jiangxi Province.However,drastic changes of the political situation then disrupted his historical mission in the high court of Jiangxi Province,and the ending that he vanished quietly added an air of mystery to the fate of the legal professionals during the period of the Republic of China.
