摘要:
企业管理层的学历背景对于企业绩效的影响一直都是国内外学者关注的重点。此研究基于我国创业板221家企业的相关数据,实证分析了高管学历与企业绩效的关系。在不同行业中,除EMBA学历外,高管的学历背景均与企业绩效呈正相关关系,但影响程度不同。企业规模在实证分析中作为控制变量,正向影响企业的绩效。而管理者的平均年龄只在电子信息技术类企业中,对企业绩效产生副作用。
Abstract:
The infLuence imposed by enterprises managers’educationaL background on the business performance is aLways a focus of internationaL and domestic researchers. Based on the data of 221 en-terprises from GEM,this paper finds that business managers’educationaL background has a positive effect on the business performance,but the effectiveness varies from different industries. an EMBa degree doesn’t necessariLy Lead to a better performance. The size of the business,as controLLed varia-bLe,brings a positive effect on the performance. However,the average age of the managers resuLts in a negative effect on the performance in the eLectronic industry.
