摘要:
如何坚持“依法治国为主,以德治国为辅”的治国方略?本文主要从五个方面进行了论述,也就是至少应做到“五要”:要全面推进依法治国; 要保证宪法全面有效实施; 要用法治思维法治方式建设法治中国; 要全面提高公民道德素质; 要真正公平公正,法律面前人人平等。
Abstract:
How to adhere to the strategy of “the rule of law complemented by the rule of virtue”?This paper expounds the problem from five aspects,“Five Shoulds” should at least be carried out:we should comprehensively advance the law-based governance of China; we should ensure the comprehensive and effective implementation of the Constitution; we should build a law-based China with legal thinking and legal means; we should comprehensively improve the moral qualities of the citizens; we should guarantee fairness and justice,and ensure equality before the law.
