摘要:
建构“和谐世界”是十八大以来中国新一届政府在外交事务中秉持的政治伦理理念和外交战略要旨。客观上,“和谐世界”的建构离不开一定的政治伦理条件——“反对霸权”是建构“和谐世界”的政治伦理前提,“搁置争议”是建构“和谐世界”的政治伦理保证,“合作共赢”是建构“和谐世界”的政治伦理内涵。在人类社会的发展越来越依赖于各个国家和谐共处的21世纪,“反对霸权”、“搁置争议”、“合作共赢”等思想是“亚冷战”时代各国得以和谐相处共谋发展的政治伦理依据和政治伦理条件。它有助于国家之间、民族之间、地区之间互相了解、互相尊重、互相学习、互相理解、互相支持,以实现世界走向真正的和谐。
Abstract:
The construction of “The Harmonious World” is the political ethics idea and the diplomatic strategy purpose that the new government of China adheres to in dealling with international relations since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC.Objectively,the construction of “The Harmonious World” must depend on certain conditions of political ethics.The specific behaviors are as follows:“Opposing Hegemony” is the political ethics premise condition in constructing “The Harmonious World”; “Suspending Dispute” is the political ethics guarantee in constructing “The Harmonious World”; “Win-win Cooperation” is the connotation of political ethics in constructing “The Harmonious World”.The development of human society is more and more depending on harmonious coexistence for each country in the 21st century,these thoughts such as “Opposing Hegemony”,“Suspending Dispute”,“Win-win Cooperation”,etc.are the political ethics gist and condition of living in harmony and seeking co-development for countries in the era of “The Inferior Cold War”.It is helpful to understand,respect,learn,comprehend and support for each other between countries,nations and areas,in order to realize the real harmony of the world.
