摘要:
对省域绿色竞争力的指标进行量化研究,基于区域绿色的影响因素遴选了环保、生态、低碳、循环、健康和持续六大因子和95个基础指标,采用层次分析法和德尔菲法相结合对各指标进行权重赋值,并利用软件程序构建了省域绿色竞争力数据库、表单和测算程序,解决了省域绿色竞争力的测算方法。利用中国2010年的统计年鉴数据对这一评价指标体系进行了验证,验证结果基本符合我国国情,说明了本指标体系的科学性和合理性,能够在全国各省份进行推广使用,并在后续验证中进一步完善。
Abstract:
This paper attempts to make a quantitative research on the index of provincial green competitiveness,on the basis of such principles as scientificity,operability,completeness,comparability,systematicness,etc.The provincial green competitiveness evaluation index system has been established through brainstorming and repeatedly consulting expertise.Six factors:environmental protection,ecology,low carbon,recycling,health,sustainability and 95 basic indexes have been selected based on influencing factors of regional green.Combining the AHP method and the Delphi method,we carry on the weight evaluation to various targets,use the software program to build a database of provincial green competitiveness,forms,and measuring procedures,so as to effectively solve the calculation method of the provincial green competitiveness.Finally,the paper uses statistical yearbook of China in 2010 to verify the evaluation index system,the validation results conform to our national condition basically to a certain extent,which shows that the index system is scientific and reasonable,and the index system is able to be popularized in all provinces in China.And it is further improved in the subsequent validation.
