摘要:
本文基于教育生态学视角,系统分析了辅导员在高等教育生态系统中的地位和作用,以及当前辅导员队伍建设和职业发展方面存在的矛盾与问题,并对全面优化辅导员队伍建设和职业发展进行了探讨,提出了运用教育生态学理论原理解决问题的思路和方法。
Abstract:
Based on the perspective of educational ecology,the paper systematically analyzes the position and role of the college counselors in the ecological system of higher education,and contradictions and problems in the the team construction of college counselors and vocational development,discusses how to comprehensively optimize the foundation and vocational development,and puts forward paths and methods to solve the problems with the principles of educational ecology theory.
