摘要:
科技文化在认知上体现为关于自然的科学知识和理论成果,在改造上则体现为与自然(基础)科学理论紧密联系的技术发明、运作过程及其结果,以及对人类社会发展的作用和影响; 科技伦理则是指科技创新活动中人与人、人与自然及人与社会关系的思想与行为准则,它厘定了科技工作者及其共同体应固守的价值观念、行为规范和社会责任。科技伦理和科技工作者的社会责任与整个社会发展前途休戚相关。在辩证系统思维看来,只有现代系统化的科技文化与科技伦理,即自然科技文化及伦理与社会人文科技文化及伦理的差异协同协调,才能从根本上形成和促进人与社会与
Abstract:
The culture of science and technology embodies in scientific knowledge and theoretic achievement about nature in cognition,and in technological inventions which is closely in contact with natural(basic)science theory,its operation process and result,and function and influence on the social development in transformation.The ethics of science and technology refers to the ideology and code of conduct between human and human,human and nature and human and social relations in science and technology innovation activity,it clarifies the values,norms,and social responsibility to which science and technology workers and their community should stick to,the ethics of science and technology science and technology workers are intertwined with the future of the whole social development.From the perspective of dialectic systematic thinking,only the modern systematic culture of science and technology and ethics of science and technology,namely the difference coordination between the culture of natural science and technology and the ethics,the culture of social humanities science and technology and the ethics,can radically promote harmony,order,stability,smooth,existence and development between human and society,human and natural ecology,human and climate environment be fundamentally formed and promoted.
