家庭语言规划是语言政策和语言规划研究的微观领域之一。家庭语言规划主要涉及国家通用语、民族语、方言和外语等语言类型,由此产生了以国家通用语为焦点的三组语言关系。从家庭层面看,国家通用语是核心语言,国家通用语和民族语和谐相处,国家通用语和方言的使用呈现不对等趋势,国家通用语和外语的教育相对不平衡。家庭核心成员(即家长)的语言态度和语言意识,决定着其语言选择,也影响着家庭语言关系的走势。因此,在进行家庭语言规划时,要正视和处理好这三组语言关系,充分考虑语言研究者、政府和社会、家庭成员等家庭内外因素,探寻平衡家庭
Abstract:
Family language planning is one of the micro-fields in language policy and language planning research.Family language planning mainly involves language types of national common language,national language,dialect and foreign language.This results in three sets of language relations that focus on the national common language.From the family dimension,the national common language is the core language.The national common language lives in harmony with the national language.The uses of national common language and dialects are not equal.The educations of national common language and foreign languages are relatively unbalanced.The language attitude and language awareness of family members(ie,parents)determine their language choice and also affect the trend of family language relations.Therefore,in the process of family language planning,we should face up to and deal with these three groups of language relations,and give full consideration to factors such as language researchers,government and society,family members,etc.At the same time,we should explore effective ways to balance family language relations,and promote the healthy development and improvement of family members’ language ability.
