摘要:
土地资源作为区域发展的载体,其利用状况与社会经济发展水平紧密相连。通过1995-2015年江西省赣南地区土地利用及社会经济数据,利用土地转移矩阵和重心模型,计算了土地利用重心和经济重心,并探讨影响因素。研究发现:(1)1995-2015年间赣南地区耕地与林地重心迁移大致分为2个阶段,第一阶段为1995-2010年,第二阶段为2010-2015年,其中第二阶段的变化情况远大于第一阶段;(2)赣南地区各地类重心迁移的特征除居民区及工矿用地外,其余用地类型均表现出向西南方向迁移特征,其土地利用变化过程呈现2个不同的阶段;(3)从赣南地区土地利用重心迁移轨迹来看,林地、草地和湿地等用地类型,在迁移方向上具有较强的一致性,1995-2010年整体移动范围较小,2010-2015年由过去的净转出转变为了净转入;(4)赣南地区土地利用和经济重心迁移造成影响的因素主要集中在地理区位、社会环境和政策驱动3个方面,其中政策驱动因素影响最显著也最广泛。
Abstract:
The utilization of land resource,as a carrier of regional development,is closely connected with the social and economic development level.Based on the land utilization and socio-economic data of Gannan areas in Jiangxi Province from 1995 to 2015,the paper utilized the land transfer matrix and the center of gravity model to calculate the land utilization center and the economic center,and explores the influencing factors,the research results showed that:(1)from 1995 to 2015,the migration of cultivated land and forest land in Gannan areas was roughly divided into two stages,the first stage was from 1995 to 1995,and the second stage was from 2010 to 2010,the change of the second stage was much lager than the first stage;(2)except for residential and industrial land,the rest of the land utilization types around Gannan showed the characteristics of the migration to the south-west direction,the land utilization change process showed two different stages;(3)from the perspective of Gannan areas land utilization migration path,forest land,grassland and wetland had strong consistency in the direction of migration,from 1995 to 2010,the whole moving range was small,changing the net transfer-out from the past into the net transfer-in;(4)the influencing factors of land utilization and economic center migration in Gannan areas were mainly concentrated in three aspects:the geographical location,the social environment and the policy driving,among which the policy driving was most significant and extensive.
