摘要:
双语教师的师资队伍一直是制约我国高校双语教学顺利开展的一个重要因素。进入新时代,高校双语教师的专业发展更因双一流建设变得更为迫切。借鉴欧洲CLIL模式4Cs教学框架中的内容、交际、认知和文化四要素,双语教师在个人专业持续发展方面要不断地提升自身的专业知识能力、语言教学能力、环境建设能力和课程实践能力。此外,这一模式的教学框架在入职资质认定、双语教师专业发展共同体构建、在职培训与学术交流等方面对中国高校双语教师群体专业发展也有一定的启示。
Abstract:
Bilingual teachers have long been a restraint factor of bilingual teaching at tertiary level in China.Entering a new era,professional development of bilingual teachers is becoming increasingly urgent because of the country's “Double First-Class” initiative-the construction plan of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.European CLIL model,especially the 4Cs teaching framework,is worthy of our reference.Drawing on the four elements of content,communication,cognition and culture in the 4cs teaching framework of European CLIL model,the bilingual teachers,as individuals,should upgrade their own competence in professional knowledge,language teaching,environment building and curriculum practice.In addition,the framework of this model also brings some enlightenment for the professional development of bilingual teachers in Chinese universities and colleges in terms of qualification identification,construction of professional development community of bilingual teachers,on-the-job training and academic exchanges.
