摘要:
政党硬实力是一种“外缘力”,体现的是一种主动的“强制力”,表现的是一种硬形象,是撑起政党的物化力量。政党软实力是“内生力”及其对外延伸力,是一种被动的“柔性”力量,主要是政党的意识形态、价值观、信仰和文化等内在规定性及其力量的延伸。硬实力是软实力发展的物质基础,软实力是硬实力建设的理论和思想指导。硬实力有软的一面,软实力有硬的成分。改革开放以来,中国共产党的建设沿着硬实力和软实力两条线展开,取得显著成就,也有一些值得汲取的经验教训。党的十八大以来,中国共产党全面加强软实力和硬实力建设,党内面貌焕然一新。党的建设必须软实力和硬实力两手抓,要以制度约束人、以理想信念感召人,要动员全党全国人民共同参与、齐抓共管、抓出实效。
Abstract:
The hard power of a political party is a kind of “external force”,reflects a kind of active “coercive force”,displays a kind of hard image,and is the materialized force that holds up the political party.The soft power of a political party is the “internal force” and its external extension force,as well as a passive “flexible” force.It is mainly the extension of the party's internal stipulation and its strength,such as its ideology,values,beliefs,culture,etc.The hard power is the material basis for the development of the soft power,and the soft power is the theoretical and ideological guidance for the construction of hard power.The hard power has a soft side,and soft power has a hard component.Since the reform and opening up,the CPC has been building along the two lines of hard and soft powers.Remarkable achievements have been made,and there are also some lessons to be learned.Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,the Party has strengthened both soft and hard power in an all-round way,and taken on a new look.To build the Party,we must use both soft and hard power.We must use institutions to restrain people and inspire them with ideals and convictions.We must mobilize the whole Party and the whole nation to participate,jointly manage,and achieve real results.
