摘要:
新时代加强劳动教育是教育本质的回归,高校劳动教育的目标就是要引导大学生形成马克思主义劳动观。劳动观培育决定着“五育并举”的育人成效、时代新人的奋斗取向和劳动精神面貌。近年来劳动方式的物质化异化了大学生对劳动的神圣感,劳动方式的碎片化淡化了大学生对劳动的责任感,劳动方式的差异化弱化了大学生对劳动的认同感,导致一些大学生劳动观念淡化、劳动习惯弱化、劳动能力退化。新时代大学生劳动观培育必然要求围绕新的目标、把握新对象、运用新方法、安排新内容,在把握劳动教育本质基础上整体构建大学生劳动观培育的国家教育工作体系,在遵循立德树人规律基础上同步推进大学生劳动观培育与人才培养,发挥“以劳教劳”综合育人价值,建立全面实施劳动教育的长效机制。
Abstract:
Strengthening labor education in the new era is the return of the essence of education.The goal of college labor education is to guide college students to form the Marxist view of labor.The cultivation of labor view determines the educational effect of “five simultaneous educations”,the struggle orientation and the working spirit of the new person of the time.In recent years,the materialization of labor mode has alienated college students' sacred sense of labor,and the fragmentation of labor mode has weakened their sense of responsibility for labor.The differentiation of labor mode weakens college students' sense of identity to labor,leading to the weakening of some college students' labor idea,labor habit and labor ability.The cultivation of college students' labor view in the new era inevitably requires centering on new goals,grasping new objects,using new methods and arranging new contents.On the basis of grasping the essence of labor education,the national education system of cultivating college students' labor view should be constructed as a whole,and the cultivation of college students' labor view and talent should be promoted simultaneously on the basis of following the law of cultivating people with moral integrity.We should give full play to the comprehensive educational value of “labor through labor”,and establish a long-term mechanism to fully implement labor education.
