摘要:
民国时期,国民政府整合传统调解资源,建立新型调解组织,形成了息讼会、区乡镇坊调解委员会、法院调解为核心的调解体系,建立了相对完善的调解制度。但调解的实际作用,并没有达到制度设计者的预期。
Abstract:
During the period of the Republic of China,the National Government integrated the traditional mediation system,established new mediation organizations,included the Withdrawing-lawsuits Society,the Mediation Committee and the Mediation Department of Court,and set up the relatively complete mediation system.But the actual role of mediation didn't meet the expectations of the system designer.
