摘要:
改革开放以来,面对世情、国情、党情的深刻变化,以邓小平为代表的共产党人对如何在社会主义市场经济条件下加强党的纯洁性建设进行了全新探索,以江泽民为核心的第三代中央领导集体对党的纯洁性建设发挥了承前启后的作用,以胡锦涛为总书记的党中央对党的纯洁性建设进行了接续探索。这些重要成果在不同阶段、从不同方面丰富和发展了党的纯洁性建设的理论与实践。党的十八大以来,以习近平为核心的中央领导集体在新时代中国特色社会主义思想旗帜下,更加自觉地加强执政党的自身建设,将全面从严治党上升到“四个全面”战略布局的政治高度,将党的纯洁性建设作为全面从严治党工作的主线,指出思想纯洁是总阀门,强调政治纯洁的首位意义,坚持作风建设永远在路上,大力治理腐败问题,着力建设高素质专业化干部队伍,全面深化了党的纯洁性建设。纵观改革开放以来党的纯洁性建设的发展历程:在历史逻辑上,党的纯洁性建设呈现出层层递进、不断深入、接续探索、逐步完善的发展规律; 从理论特征上看,党的纯洁性具有理论上的概括性、政治上的纯粹性和利益归属上的人民性; 从实践逻辑上看,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,必须在政治纯洁、思想纯洁、组织纯洁、作风纯洁、反腐倡廉等方面全面深化党的纯洁性建设。
Abstract:
Facing the profound changes of the international and domestic situation,and the CPC's status quo,since the reform and opening-up,the second generation of central leadership with DENG Xiaoping as the core has made a new exploration on how to strengthen the CPC's purity construction in the condition of socialist market economy,the third generation of central leadership with JIANG Zemin as the core has played a role of serving as a link between past and future in the construction of the CPC's purity,and the CPC Central Committee with HU Jintao as its general secretary has carried on the continuing the exploration.All these important achievements enrich and develop the theory and practice of the CPC's purity construction at different stages and from different aspects.Since the 18th Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central leadership with XI Jinping as the core,under the banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,has strengthened the self-construction of the ruling party more consciously,risen comprehensively and strictly ruling the Party as the political height of the “four comprehensive” strategic layout,taken the purity construction of the Party as the main line of comprehensively and strictly ruling the Party's work,pointed out that the ideological purity is the main valve,emphasized the primary significance of political purity,adhered to the construction of style is always on the way,vigorously combated corruption,focused on building a high-quality professional cadre team,and the Party's purity construction has been deepened in an all-round way.Throughout the development history of the Party's purity construction since the reform and opening up:in historical logic,the purity construction of the Party presents a law of development that is progressive,deepening,continuing to explore and gradually perfecting; from the angle of theoretic characteristics,the purity of the Party has the generality in theory,the purity in politics and the popularity in the ownership of interests; from the angle of practical logic,socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,the construction of the Party's purity must be deepened comprehensively in such aspects as political purity,pure thought,pure organization,purity of style,anti-corruption,etc.
