摘要:
社会对医务人员的服务水平和服务质量提出了越来越高的要求。他们一直承受着较高压力,工作满意度也受到较大影响。通过对国内12所公立医院共541名医务人员的问卷调查,基于天职取向视角研究了工作嵌入及其四维度(组织情感、组织匹配、组织牺牲和家庭情感)对其工作满意度的影响,并检验了天职取向的调节作用。结果表明工作嵌入及其四维度对公立医院医务人员的工作满意度具有显著的正向作用,且天职取向作为调节变量,在此路径中起着显著的调节作用。
Abstract:
As an indispensable and important part of the medical and health care industry,medical staff in public hospital have been under high pressure for a long time,and their job satisfaction has been affected as the society puts higher and higher requirements on their service level and service quality.Based on the questionnaire survey of 541 medical staff in 12 public hospitals in China,the effects of job embeddedness and its four dimensions(organizational emotion,organizational matching,organizational sacrifice and family emotion)on job satisfaction were studied from the perspective of calling orientation,and the adjustment effect of calling orientation was tested.The results show that job embeddedness and its four dimensions have a significant positive effect on the job satisfaction of public medical staff.Calling orientation as a moderating variable plays a moderating role in the research approach.
