摘要:

以余额宝为代表的互联网货币市场基金自2013年6月间问世以来取得了超常规的发展。本文界定了互联网货币市场基金的概念及其基本特征,指出当前其创新与监管中的主要问题是投资组合多元化和加强信息披露,并从深化金融改革、加强金融消费者保护的角度提出具体政策建议,以利互联网货币市场基金的健康发展。

Abstract:

Internet Money Market Fund represented by the balance treasure has achieved extraordina-ry development since June,2013. The paper defines its concept and basic characteristics,analyzes the main problems in its current innovation and supervision are that portfolio diversification and strengthening information disclosure,and proposes the concrete policy recommendations from the per-spective of deepening the financial reform and strengthening the financial consumer protection in or-der to help Internet Money Market Fund healthily develop.
