摘要:
尼共(联合马列)九大分析了当前的世界形势和尼泊尔的国内局势,提出了党的建设的具体措施,并以党的百年梦想的方式就尼泊尔宪法起草问题制定了纲领性政策。九大还选举了党的新一届领导机构。虽然九大进一步明确了党的政治立场,但党内民主制度化问题仍没有得到有效地解决。尼共(联合马列)的未来发展仍面临严峻的挑战。
Abstract:
The 9th Congress of Communist Party of Nepal( UML)analyses current international and national situations,and puts forward some methods for strengthening Party building. It also formulates programmatic policy for drafting the Nepalese Constitution to make the century -old dream of the Nepalese come true. Moreover,the 9th Congress elects new leaders of CPN(UML). Although the 9th Congress further clarifies the Party’s political stand,it doesn’t solve problems of institutionalizing the democracy within the Party. The future development of CPN( UML)still faces severe challenges.
