摘要:
抗战时期,日本通过伪造中国货币、充斥货币流通领域、破坏中国货币信用体系和战时金融秩序,以期实现“以战养战”的侵略图谋。中共遵循货币本质规律,构建了理论与实践相结合、经济手段与行政手段相结合的治理伪造货币机制,成功治理了抗日根据地的伪造货币,有效地维护了根据地的金融秩序和边币信用安全,为抗战胜利提供重要物质基础。坚持党的领导、以人为本的指导思想及其遵循货币本质规律是抗日根据地成功治理伪造货币的重要历史经验,对于今天的金融建设依然具有重要的现实意义。
Abstract:
During the Anti-Japanese War,Japan tried to realize the aggressive plot of “supporting war by war” by counterfeiting Chinese currency,and used counterfeit money to fill the currency circulation field,so as to do great damage to the Chinese currency credit system and the wartime financial order.The Communist Party of China,following the law of the essence of money,constructed a unique monetary mechanism to counteract the counterfeit currency,which combined theory and practice,economic means and administrative means,effectively maintained the financial order of the base and the credit security of the border currency,and provided an important material basis for the victory of the resistance.Adhering to the Party's leadership,people-oriented guiding ideology and following the law of the essence of money is an important historical experience in the successfully counteracting counterfeit currency in Anti-Japanese Base Areas,which is still of great practical significance to today's financial construction.
