摘要:

中国高等教育在逐步实现大众化教育阶段中,毕业生就业困难是不可回避的问题之一。本文针对这个背景,提出基于大学生就业视野下的高等教育人才培养模式改革思路。要树立创新型、应用型、复合型的培养目标,重点加强人格教育、通识教育、素质教育,实施落实高校办学自主权、运用现代化教学手段、打造创新型教师队伍、建立合理评价体系的培养策略。

Abstract:

As the Chinese higher education is becoming step-by-step the popularized education,the problem that it is very hard for graduates to find jobs become one of the inescapable problems.Based on the background,through analysis and investigation,the paper puts forward the higher education personnel training mode from the perspective of college students' employment.We think that we should set up the goal of training the innovative,pratical,and multi-skilled personnel,and focus on enhancing personality education,liberal education and quality-oriented education.The autonomy in running higher education,as well as the training strategies of utilizing modernized teaching means,and building up innovation-type teaching groups and reasonable evaluation system should be realized.
